Nintendo SNES Classic Announced With 21 Built-In Games

Nintendo was one of the first names to tap into the gaming markets and continues to be one of the biggest companies in the world of gaming technology. Late last year they launched the NES Classic console. The console had a very short shelf life as it debuted in Novembr 2016 and was discontinued in April of 2017. Following on the overwhelming success of this console, Nintendo has just announced the Nintendo SNES Classic too.

SNES, which stands for Super Nintendo Entertainment System was originally launched in the year 1990. It is a classic console, with which many gamers have deep rooted memories. This newly launched Nintendo SNES Classic console comes out into the markets with 21 built-in games. While this console is a fresh breath of air in the markets, the fact is that it was spotted in leaks in the past, around the E3 conference.

The Nintendo SNES Classic release date has also been announced. The console would come out into the markets on the 29th of September this year. It will release in all the markets Nintendo has its presence in, such as Japan, US and Europe. The company has also stated that the Nintendo SNES Classic would be priced in at around $80. However, the price can vary from region to region depending on the demand. Same was the case with the NES Classic as well.
