Samsung India Hires Adfactors PR as New PR Agency

Samsung is among the biggest names when it comes to the world of technology. The brand has been around for a really long time and has been innovating various aspects of the markets of technology as we know them to be. Over the years, Samsung has brought forward various innovative changes in to the markets. However the last few months have been hard on them. Many changes have been made following the Note 7 disaster, and Samsung India too, has now made a change. The company has now hired Adfactors PR as their new PR agency.

Adfactors PR has been given a one year contract by Samsung India for managing their public affairs in India. In the past, Samsung as working with Weber Shandwick in India for their PR. However, drastic changes were indeed expected, and this change is one of them. Over the past few weeks, Adfactors PR and Edelman India were competing for the position, and Adfactors has won the account.

Samsung Mobiles is one of the biggest brands when it comes to the Indian smartphone markets, and the company has always had a high goodwill in India. While the Note 7 disaster has not hit India in such an adverse manner as it has overseas, Samsung does indeed need to pull up their socks before the first wave hits. In order to ensure that their brand’s credibility remains intact, Samsung will now be closely working with Adfactors PR.

Samsung, following the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 disaster, has been working hard to ensure that their brand value remains as good as it was. However, they have indeed faced a few hiccups. Only recently, Samsung India came out with a very emotionally appealing ad showcasing how the Samsung engineers travel through rough terrain to reach a visually impaired customer in remote India.
