For months there were rampant rumors that Google is working on creating a new line of headphone devices branded ‘Bisto’. These Bisto branded headphones would feature a built-in Google Assistant support. There are a number of headphones which are expected out of which the first one has been built in collaboration with Bose – the Bose QuietComfort 35 II.
The device was spotted in a number of leaks. It even appeared at a Best Buy Retail store a couple of days ago. It was clear that the Bose QuietComfort 35 II was ready and was all set to launch. However the word in the markets was that Google may launch these headphones at the upcoming Google Event where they would announce the Google Pixel 2, Google Home Mini and other hardware devices.
However, the headphones are now official and were announced via a Press release on Bose and a blog on Google. The Bose QuietComfort 35 II offers the users with an amazing noise cancellation. On the right ear-cup, you will notice buttons that adjust the volume and control general actions. The action button on the left earcup is the new addition – which triggers the Google Assistant when pressed and held.
The Bose QuietComfort 35 II offers the users with a number of features such as voice based controls of music playback and control. The headphones can also read out text messages, calendar alerts and reminders. Moreover, you can also create reminders and alarms using just your voice.
In addition to this, the Bose QuietComfort 35 II also allows you to make voice controlled calls. Simply trigger the Google Assistant and say ‘Call Dad’ and a call will be made to your dad without you having to as much as touch your phone!
