In the march 2018 land records of the 192 villages has been digitalized, The government of delhi also made provisions for every district of delhi to be recorded online. there are 224 villages in delhi at present has to be digitalized online. What is land record?

National land records modernization programme (NLRMP) for modernization of the land records was launched by the central government in the year 2008. Now this programme is famously know as Digital india land records modernization programme (DILRMP). 

This programme is all about digitalization of land records includes mutation, digitalization of maps, integration of textual, survey, re-survey, settlement of the disputes, spatial data, computerization of registration and its integration with land records maintenance system, information about capacity building and geospatial information system. 

Many Indian states have digitalized their land records Madhya Pradesh (mp land records) , Rajasthan (apna khata) , Chhattisgarh , Maharashtra (MahaBulekh) , Haryana, UttarPradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Uttarakhand, West Bengal  and Delhi.

Step 2: Now, select the district or sub-division where the land is situated. Now, in the present case land is situated at jia sarai in hauz khas.

Step 3: Select the tehsil or village, which is jia sarai 1, then select the khata type, land holders most likely the bhumidars, those land holders who have permanent, heritable and transfarable rights to their land holdings. Step 5: When you click on view khata details you will get the required details which is also includes the details of portion of land held by each owner. Khasra number and the area of the land. Remarks pertaining to any loan undertaken or property being leased out are also mentioned under a separate section. In the present case, it talks about a gift deed which is a document signifying voluntary transfer of a property without any monetary exchange.
