HTC has been known for their innovative approach to smartphones. The company has managed to bring out a number of design changes in the way we know our phones to be. The recently released HTC U11 with its squeezable frame was quite unique. The company is now working on another U-series smartphone, the HTC U11 Life. Reportedly, this is going to be a stripped down variant of the original U11. Let us take a closer look:
Leaked images and specifications have emerged via Android Authority. The website states that the upcoming HTC U11 Life would come out into the markets with a 5.2 inched display. The phone is expected to run on the Snapdragon 630 mobile platform. While the details on the RAM are yet to emerge, it is assumed to be either 3GB of 4GB. The phone would feature 32GB of expandable storage space.
Design wise the phone looks quite similar to the previous HTC devices such as the HTC 10 and the HTC U11. If you look at these three phones from the front you might not even be able to distinguish. The HTC U11 Life is expected to feature slim bezels on the left and right but the same thick bezels on the top and bottom. The phone features a fingerprint scanner at the bottom.
The HTC U11 Life is reportedly going to come out with a 16MP front camera and a 16MP primary camera on the back. With the HTC U11 Life getting the squeezable frame, it looks like HTC is working on getting more and more devices with their Edge Sense technology. It is quite an interesting phone. This squeezable frame feature is reportedly coming to the Google Pixel 2 as well. As of now there is no update on when it might come out. Stay tuned with us for more updates on the HTC U11 Life.
