Xiaomi Chiron Smartphone Spotted in Benchmark Listings

Xiaomi is among the biggest, most popular names when it comes to the world of smartphone devices. Known as Apple of the East, the company has been coming out with an umber of unique and innovative products. Their latest phone has now been spotted in benchmark listings under the code-name Chiron.

This Xiaomi Chiron smartphone reportedly comes out with flagship-like specifications. Of late it is being noted that the market for phablets is on the rise and Xiaomi is quick to capitalize on this. This latest Xiaomi ‘Chiron’ smartphone too, comes out with a large display and some high end, power-packed specifications. The phone does resemble the Mi MIX 2 in terms of specs. Xiaomi ‘Chiron’ Specifications

Xiaomi’s latest device under development, the Xiaomi Chiron smartphone has been spotted with a 5.6 inched display. The display comes out with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 but it features a 16:9 aspect ratio, as opposed to the 18:9 aspect ratio that was in the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2.

The phone runs on Qualcomm’s latest flagship processor – the Snapdragon 835. The phone is also expected to come out with an impressive 6GB RAM. Moreover, the Xiaomi Chiron smartphone comes out into the markets with a massive 256 GB of storage space.

Interestingly, the benchmark results did not show the phone running a dual SIM setup. It might be possible that the Xiaomi Chiron might actually come out with support for a single SIM card, which would be rare for Xiaomi. However, if Xiaomi can adapt to the stock Android OS they might release a single SIM smartphone as well.

The Chiron smartphone also comes out with a 12 MP camera in the back and a 5 MP camera in the front. The phone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS with MIUI 9 on top. Stay tuned with us for more details on this upcoming smartphone form Xiaomi.
