Finally the Apple’s iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are going to be available for pre order. First things first: let’s talk pricing and availability. Here in the United States, preorders open in just a few hours on Apple’s website and on all major carrier websites at 3:01AM EDT / 12:01AM PDT on Friday morning. Apple’s newsmartphones will ship to people who preorder them on Friday, September 16th, which is the same day they’ll launch in stores. Full retail pricing breaks down as follows:

  • iPhone 7 32GB: $649
  • iPhone 7 128GB: $749
  • iPhone 7 256GB: $849
  • iPhone 7 Plus 32GB: $769
  • iPhone 7 Plus 128GB: $869
  • iPhone 7 Plus 256GB: $969

Most people don’t plan to pay for them outright though, so here’s how they’re priced if you opt for Apple’s installment plan option:

  • iPhone 7 32GB: $32.41/month
  • iPhone 7 128GB: $36.58/month
  • iPhone 7 256GB: $40.75/month
  • iPhone 7 Plus 32GB: $37.41/month
  • iPhone 7 Plus 128GB: $41.58/month
  • iPhone 7 Plus 256GB: $45.75/month

As a refresher, you’ll make payments for 24 months before you own the phone outright, and those monthly fees include AppleCare+. You can of course also opt to trade in your iPhone 7 next year for a new iPhone model and keep making the same payments.

If you’d prefer to purchase your new iPhone through your wireless carrier, pricing varies a bit. For one thing, AppleCare+ isn’t baked in anymore. For another, pricing always differs from carrier to carrier.

Verizon

Verizon’s pricing is pretty straight forward — take the full value of the phone (plus $0.99, since carriers add $0.99 to each iPhone model’s price) and divide by 24 months.

  • iPhone 7 32GB: $27.08/month
  • iPhone 7 128GB: $31.25/month
  • iPhone 7 256GB: $35.42/month
  • 7 Plus 32GB: $32.08/month
  • 7 Plus 128GB: $36.25/month
  • 7 Plus 256GB: $40.42/month

AT&T

AT&T’s pricing is a bit more complex and it requires a down payment for each model. Here’s how everything breaks down:

T-Mobile

Like AT&T, T-Mobile has a few different installment plan options for people who don’t want to part with $650+ up front. Here’s how the carrier’s pricing breaks down:
