The Nokia 3310 was a classic feature phone when it was originally released. Over the years, as the use of feature phones dwindled and smartphones rose, this phone was fondly remembered as one of the most iconic devices of all times. When Nokia introduced the new Nokia 3310 smartphone at the MWC 2017, there was a lot of buzz in the markets. The phone has since been coming out in various markets. The phone is now available for the Indian markets!

This New Nokia 3310 phone was shown off during the MWC 2017, where Nokia also introduced the Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 smartphones. The return of Nokia 3310 introduces into the markets a major flow of nostalgia! This is how most people remember Nokia from the 90s and phones like this shot Nokia to unprecedented levels of global popularity. This phone, while branded Nokia, has been manufactured by HMD Global. The company hopes to re-create the Nokia magic with the phone.

The phone has been priced in at INR 3310 in the Indian markets. It comes out in four colors: Warm Red and Yellow, both with a gloss finish, and Dark Blue and Grey, both with a matte finish. The phone is now available to purchase via offline retail channels. It comes with a 2.4 inched QVGA screen which is curved to ensure better visibility. The phone offers push buttons as well as a revamped UI which does remind you of the classic phone.

This new Nokia 3310 smartphone runs on the Nokia S30 OS, and offers 16 MB of built in storage (expandable with the help of a memory card). It comes with a 1200mAh battery that offers up to 22 hours of talk time. The phone features a 2MP camera on the back, and supports FM radio as well. It also brings forward a revamped version of the classic snake game.
